Phil Spencer said the activation agreement was far more than anything I've ever done '
The head of Microsoft Gaming Phil Spencer has been called Acquisition Activision Blizzard "far surpassed whatever I have ever done" in a new interview.
Speaking to Axios, the Xbox boss describes the process of obtaining Juggernaut's duty call as "scary".
"It was something far out of whatever I had ever done. I didn't know that I was equipped to do it, and the responsibility for it would definitely hits the house." Spencer said, talking about an agreement that would see Microsoft take control of legendary franchises such as Diablo, Crash bandicoot, World of Warcraft and more.
When asked about the controversial CEO of Bobby Koick, spenders did not provide concrete answers, instead of focusing on entry employees.
"One hundred percent of our focus is on the team," he said, offending ongoing internal reform. "We know there is a job. We have our own job."
This agreement tends to make Microsoft the biggest employer game developer in the United States, and one of the largest in the world. Spencer told Axios was aware of this and the impact that could be owned in the industry:
"I don't feel like we are in a position, assuming this agreement is closed, to start unique, with our own policy, forming video games."
Spencer continued: "I want to stand up for things that make the team better and people feel safe. I think we have become a public about those things, but I will push it back that we are in a kind of untredge hyper power position. I don't believe it. "
